While we take special care to include candidates from all walks of life, we are a little biased to Engineers. In our experience, engineers are more tolerant to failures and posses skills to find alternate ways to success. We have seen more successful collaborations coming out of such ventures. Being said that, we are open to all talents though engineers make almost half of our network.
